“Result Oriented Leadership Development Training Program Held in Dhulikhel”

Rotary Club of Dhulikhel, Community Development and Relief Agency, Integrated Effort for Development and Dhulikhel Municipality jointly organized Three days Result Oriented Leadership and Development Training seminar in Gauri Sanker Mount view Hotel Dhulikhel. This training is aimed to enhance the capacity of youth member of NGOs and Youth Clubs for strengthening thinking capacity to design, implement and monitor their challenge projects and achieved the expected or unexpected results.
In the training 25 participants were actively participated and they have designed 4 challenge projects such as (1) Established Dhulikhel Historical and Cultural Museum (2) Establishment of Library and Community Learning Center in Kavre VDC, (3) HIV/AIDS awareness raising and establish youth center in Ryale VDC (4) Anti Smoking campaign and say No to Drug Campaign in Dhulikhel Municipalities. Training was facilitated by Rtn. Ashok Shrestha, Rtn. Sanat Sapkota, Ben and Yvonne. In this program Rs.63,000/- cash and in-kind expenses were covered by 4 stake holders.
